- Candidates should possess a degree in B.Sc. (Agriculture) (with minimum sixty percent marks) from a Recognized University or Institution.
- Candidates should have passed Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.

- Maximum Age Limit – 37 Years as on 01-01-2022
Age Relaxation
- Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 45 years for Punjab Government employees, the employees of its Boards/Corporations/Commissions and Authorities, and all States / Central Government employees.
